dc.description.abstract | El mundo está integrado por una amplia diversidad biológica que, generalmente, ha sido fácil de reconocer y entender. Sin embargo, existen casos particulares como el de algunas conductas sexuales no reproductivas (entre las que destaca la homosexualidad y una amplia diversidad sexual) que no solamente se han explicado inadecuadamente, sino que además, han sido negadas por algunas hipótesis. En este trabajo se discuten las hipótesis evolutivas más importantes de las interacciones sexuales entre organismos del mismo sexo y se hace énfasis en recurrir a un mayor pluralismo teórico para poder explicar de mejor forma algunos procesos biológicos y culturales no entendidos adecuadamente | es_MX |
