dc.description.abstractLa plataforma Moodle es una excelente herramienta para complementar la enseñanza presencial al englobar a otras TIC que permiten la interacción entre los usuarios. Además, es posible realizar enlaces a páginas de interés, bibliotecas digitales, colecciones de videos e imágenes, así como subir archivos en diferentes formatos para compartir información, aplicar exámenes, cuestionarios y tareas así como programar lecciones y encuestas. Algunos estudios han reportado las múltiples ventajas de esta plataforma en la docencia universitaria, considerando únicamente la perspectiva centrada en el docente y dejando de lado las necesidades e inquietudes del estudiante. Por esto, el presente estudio descriptivo pretende dar voz a los estudiantes de la UNAM, para conocer cuáles son los aspectos técnicos y pedagógicos que les agradan o no, lo que permite identificar ventajas y desventajas de su uso, con el fin de aprovechar mejor la herramienta. Los resultados muestran que los principales usos que los alumnos dan a esta TIC son: para evaluar y como apoyo a la asignaturaes_MX
dc.description.abstractThe Moodle platform is an excellent tool to complement in site teaching by encompassing other ICTs that allow interaction between users. In addition, links to pages of interest, digital libraries, collections of videos and images, as well as uploading files in different formats can be used to share information, apply exams, questionnaires and tasks as well as schedule lessons and surveys. Some studies have reported the multiple advantages of this platform in university teaching, considering only the perspective centered on the teacher and leaving aside the needs and concerns of the student. Therefore, the present descriptive study aims to give voice to the UNAM students to know which of the technical and pedagogical aspects they like or dislike, which allows identifying advantages and disadvantages of its use, in order to make better use of the tool. The results show that the main uses identified for the students that are given to this ICT are: to evaluate and to support the subject. Most students are pleased by the application of online test; however they require feedback to their answers. There are conflicting opinions when used as a support for the subject. On one hand, students are pleased to have the material in one place and that it has been reviewed and recommended by their teachers, while others require more interaction with their teacher, the materials and their own colleagues, as well as request feedback on their work. In this way, it is concluded that this tool has acceptance and presents several advantages for its use with university students, which allows adapting to different teaching strategies, however, the challenge of improving the technical and pedagogical knowledge of the users is clear.
